If you are not fully satisfied with a non-custom purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
It must be in its original packaging
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed promptly.

All custom design services and personalized projects are created specifically according to client requirements, including dimensions, specifications, and creative direction.
For this reason:
Custom projects are non-refundable once production or design work has commenced
Final approval is obtained before project completion or delivery
Minor revisions may be offered as agreed in the project scope
If you are dissatisfied with a custom project, please contact us immediately. While refunds are generally not offered for personalized work, we are committed to reviewing concerns and exploring reasonable solutions.
Exchanges are available for eligible non-custom items returned in original and unused condition.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange
All exchange requests are reviewed individually to ensure fairness and quality standards.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim quickly, please provide:
Photos of the packaging and item
A description of the issue
Your order number
After review, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Items marked as Final Sale, promotional products, discounted services, or limited-edition offerings are not eligible for return or exchange.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us for assistance.
