All bespoke mosaics designed and fabricated by PoolVector, including those based on client-provided images or concepts, remain the intellectual property of PoolVector. By commissioning a custom mosaic, clients acknowledge that PoolVector retains the right to use the designs, including photographs of the finished product, for:
Marketing purposes
Promotional materials
Website or social media display
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a client provides a design for mosaic creation, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the design does not infringe on third-party copyright or intellectual property rights. PoolVector cannot be held liable for unauthorized use of third-party designs or images.
If a client submits images, designs, or other materials for use in a custom mosaic, the client must:
Own the copyright of the materials, or
Have obtained written permission from the copyright holder for use in mosaic creation.
By submitting content, the client grants PoolVector a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and reproduce the submitted materials for creating the mosaic and for marketing or promotional purposes.
We take intellectual property protection seriously. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website without authorization, please contact us at support@poolvector.com with the following:

A description of the material you believe is infringing
Your contact details (name, address, email, phone)
A statement affirming that you believe the use is unauthorized
A statement confirming the accuracy of your claim and your authority as the copyright owner
Upon receiving a valid copyright notice, PoolVector will promptly take action to remove or disable access to the infringing content as required by law.
